Individual therapy offers a safe and confidential space for individuals to express their thoughts and emotions openly. With a one-on-one approach, clients can discuss their issues freely, leading to psychological growth, development, and healing.

 

 

Families


Family dynamics can present challenges for both traditional and non-traditional families. Family counseling creates a safe space for all members to express their thoughts and feelings, with the goal of improving family dynamics. Working collaboratively, we can address the issues that impact your family and foster positive change. 

 

Couples

Couples counseling is an effective way to enhance your relationship or make decisions about its future. Regardless of background, sexual orientation, or relationship status, we can work together to improve your relationship's health.

Short-term couples therapy typically lasts between 4 to 12 weeks and focuses on identifying each partner's contribution to the problem, gaining self-awareness, and developing helpful tools to deal with current issues. While short-term couples therapy is mostly solution-focused, its effectiveness varies based on individual involvement. It is a cost-effective option as it involves a limited number of sessions. However, it may not be suitable for all cases, especially cases involving physical or emotional abuse.
